That does not mean it cannot be used to grind herbs, however. Especially if you are an avid cook, and love to use herbs and spices in most of the food you prepare.
Why not grind rosemary, tarragon or marjoram and use it on your next chicken dish? These herbs are easy to grind down into much smaller pieces in a herb grinder, and add a lovely flavor to any chicken dish.
Fish and meat can also benefit from use of herbs, especially herbs like rosemary, mint, parsley and sage. Grind up some of these herbs the next time you are preparing a grilled sole or making a steak, and you may be surprised at how much more flavorful they taste.
Using a herb grinder for vegan dishes — As veganism becomes more and more popular, adding herbs to the vegan dishes people make has also become popular. After all, while many vegan dishes taste lovely on their own, they taste even better if you add Italian herbs, parsley, tarragon, bay leaves or thyme.
The next time you start to make a vegan chili, vegan spaghetti, vegetable soup or stew, or even veggie burgers, add some of the fresh herbs you have growing in your garden. They will take just minutes to grind up into a much finer substance, and will then absorb into any vegan dish you are cooking even easier.
